Juuling & Vaping by youth is a serious problem both nationally and here in Rye. The U.S. Surgeon General issued an advisory on youth E-Cig use, designating it as a “public health epidemic” and issued the call to “Know the Facts. Take Action. Protect Our Kids.” (Surgeon General’s Advisory)
